Limited Warranty

GSG Mfg LLC warrants that each Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time it leaves our facility. This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions

• Improper handling, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Improper installation or maintenance.
• Use outside provided instructions.
• Accidents, external events, or acts of God.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where restricted by law. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.

Liability

GSG Mfg LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or performance of a Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To start a claim, email [email protected] with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We reserve the right to inspect and determine coverage.
